Uberstein is being started by the owners of Crobar and Blu, will be in the space that the Heaven on Seven restaurant is now, and will feature beer and beer glasses imported from the Hofbrauhaus in Munich. Will Cubs fans go for a German restaurant? Since they're planning to serve beer, I'm going to go out on a limb and say yes.
