The Coctails are playing a set at Rotofugi, 1953 W. Chicago Ave., tonight at 7pm to celebrate the release of a new line of Coctails action figures by band member and artist Archer Prewitt. Free!

Embarking on a new tradition, the Lincoln Lodge presents its first annual "Fresh Meat" showcase, featuring their favorite new stand-up comics. The even will fature Becky "Sweet Cuts" Garcia, David "Here's the Beef" Angelo and Heath and Andy performing "Super Mario's Poetry." All acts made their debut at the Lodge this year. The Chicagoland Bicycle Federation and EarthSave Chicago team up to highlight the city's blue bag recycling program with a bike ride and vegan lunch. The discussion starts with a nine-mile bike ride, departing from Daley Plaza at 11:30am, including a tour through the Chicago Sorting Center and lunch at Lao Sze Chuan for a Szechwan vegan lunch at 2pm.
