Hot Mama: Sex and Pregnancy
Join Atena Danner-McPhaden at Early to Bed for a workshop on the sex and the pregnant woman. Learn about pregnancy hormones, the "dichotomy between lover and mother," and hear other women's experiences during this time. The idea of pregnancy scares the bejeezus out of me, especially since I'm old enough for it to be a tangile reality...I hope things like this exist when I finally get the urge to reproduce. 7:30pm at 5232 N. The Berghoff Closes
If you haven't gotten in the door at Chicago Loop institution The Berghoff, today's your very last chance. Lines are stretching around the block as you read this (no more reservations are being taken, it's all first come, first serve), but here are some hints about getting that last 'vurst. Doors close (for good) at 9pm. Take some pictures, and post them here to preserve the memories.
