"Love Young People" Book Distribution Tour

On Thursday, July 25, 2013, Acts of Love will kick off its 2nd "Love Young People" Tour distributing books and bookbags to young people in need. Beginning at 6:30pm at Hamilton Park located 513 W. 72nd St. (72nd & Stewart Ave.), Acts of Love, along with local officials, volunteers from across the city, and Englewood residents will walk the streets giving out book donations. Volunteers will give away 1,000(+) books, distribute book bags filled with new books, encourage local residents to build a reading room in their homes, and ask adults in Englewood to take the Acts of Love Pledge to love young people in their homes and on their block.
